Sell Supplements on Amazon — We Fulfill Every Order

List your supplement brand on the world’s biggest product search engine. Rocktomic fulfills your merchant-fulfilled (FBM) orders — you never buy stock to park in a warehouse, and you never pack a box.

How the Amazon connection works

This is the FBM — Fulfilled by Merchant — model. You create and own the listings in your Amazon Seller Central account; Rocktomic is the merchant fulfillment behind them. Our team connects your seller account (one store integration is included with every membership — we connect it and troubleshoot it with you) and maps your listings to the Rocktomic SKUs behind them.

When a customer orders, the order imports to Rocktomic in real time. We print and apply your label, pack the order, hand it to the carrier within 1–2 business days, and sync the tracking number back to Amazon automatically so the order confirms shipped. Your seller account, your brand, your customer — our fulfillment center.

From checkout to doorstep

  1. Customer orders on your Amazon listing — Amazon collects payment into your seller account as usual.
  2. Order imports to Rocktomic in real time and enters the fulfillment queue.
  3. Labeled + packed in 1–2 business days. Your label is printed and applied to each order, then the package is handed to the carrier.
  4. Carrier scan. The package leaves our Lawrenceville, GA fulfillment center; USPS Priority typically runs 3–5 business days door to door in the US.
  5. Tracking syncs back to Amazon automatically — the order confirms shipped and your metrics record the dispatch.

Set up Amazon + Rocktomic in five steps

  1. Pick your plan & products. Choose from 146 SKUs and decide what your brand stands for before you fight for the Buy Box.
  2. Plan for Amazon’s supplement approval. Amazon gates dietary supplements with its own process — sellers typically have to send product to an Amazon-approved laboratory for testing, and Amazon often will not accept a standard per-LOT COA (it usually wants recent testing). Verify the current requirements in Seller Central; this step is separate from the COAs we provide for your records and other channels.
  3. Create your listings in Seller Central with your finished label art (built to our dieline specs) and structure/function claims only.
  4. We connect your seller account. Our team maps listings to SKUs and tests the flow with you — included with your membership.
  5. First order flows automatically. Import, label, pack, carrier scan, tracking confirmed on Amazon — without you in the loop.

Amazon playbook notes

FBM without the garage

Classic FBM means you pack boxes at your kitchen table. This is FBM with a fulfillment center behind it: orders reach the carrier in 1–2 business days from a facility that ships millions of units — and you never pre-buy inventory the way FBA requires.

Amazon approval is its own process

Selling supplements on Amazon usually means sending product to an Amazon-approved laboratory, which tests it and reports results to Amazon for approval. Amazon often will not accept a standard per-LOT COA (it generally wants recent testing), so plan for that lab step and check the current dietary supplements policy in Seller Central. We don’t manage Amazon’s approval process — the per-LOT COAs we provide are for your records and your other sales channels.

Own your margin math

Your per-sale costs are your wholesale unit price, the flat $2.00 fulfillment fee, shipping at carrier rates, and Amazon’s selling fees — check Amazon’s current fee schedule for your category rather than trusting any third-party number. Price so the math works after all four.

Amazon + Rocktomic FAQs

Is this FBA or FBM?

FBM — Fulfilled by Merchant, where the merchant’s fulfillment is Rocktomic. You list, the customer orders, we ship from our Georgia fulfillment center, and tracking confirms on Amazon automatically. FBA requires buying and shipping bulk inventory into Amazon’s warehouses up front, which gives away the no-inventory advantage that makes this model work. We integrate with Amazon for FBM only, not FBA.

What happens when Amazon asks for supplement compliance documents?

Amazon’s supplement approval is different from a simple document request. In practice, sellers send product to an Amazon-approved laboratory, which tests it and reports the results directly to Amazon — and Amazon often will not accept a standard per-LOT COA (it generally wants recent testing). So budget for that lab step. The per-LOT COAs we issue (per product, per LOT) are for your records and your other channels; for Amazon specifically, follow the current process in Seller Central. We don’t manage Amazon’s approval on your behalf.

Can FBM meet Amazon’s shipping-time expectations?

Set your handling time honestly and the math works: carrier handoff within 1–2 business days, then carrier transit (USPS Priority typically 3–5 business days in the US). Tracking syncs back automatically, which is what Amazon’s dispatch metrics measure. Verify Amazon’s current handling-time and on-time-delivery targets in Seller Central and configure your listings to match.

Selling somewhere else too?
